Extended Abstract or Full / Short Paper Submission: 1st February 2024

Full paper submissions are required for consideration in the Scopus-indexed or Springer proceedings.

Review Completion: 10th February 2024 (notifications sent out)

Full Papers (Camera-Ready): 1st March 2024 (all submission requirements must be on file)
Registration: 10th March 2024

Conference: 22 - 23 March 2024

PUBLICATION:

Best full papers will be considered for the AIP Scopus-indexed conference proceedings (DOI, Open-Access)

Regular full/short papers will be considered for the EDP Sciences Web of Conferences proceedings (DOI, Open-access & standard indexing).

Few selected best full/short papers will be considered for the Springer Nature Atlantis Press conference proceedings (DOI, Open-access & standard indexing).
All other papers (short and extended abstracts / posters) will be considered for the ACM Book of Abstracts & Posters with ISSN.
