January 25 will be mainly online with an on-site pre-conference workshop; 26-28 will be on-site; and 29-30 will be exclusively online. However, all presentations, regardless of date, will be held online via Zoom.

IST DEADLINE: 20th November 2026 (Preferred for attendees who intend to travel to Japan for the conference) - We will NOT be able to accommodate any request for a visa invitation letter after 25th November. Please submit your paper accordingly. We need a minimum of 7-8 days to complete the review process.
2ND DEADLINE: 22nd December 2026 (Regular FINAL deadline for virtual and local presenters)

Short abstracts will NOT be accepted for review
Full papers are preferred for the first submission if the camera-ready version is to be considered for Scopus-indexed publication.
Presenters may be notified of the decision to accept/reject as soon as the review process is completed.
If you need a few extra days beyond the deadline to submit your abstract, please contact the editor promptly.

1st March 2027 (To be considered for AIP & MDPI Scopus-indexed proceedings)
(some extension possible, if required)
All papers will be considered for the AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-indexed with H-index of 80+)
All papers will be considered for the Engineering Proceedings (MDPI) (Scopus-indexed with H-index of 12+)
All published papers will be automatically Scopus-indexed as part of the volume that is published. The volume itself will be Scopus-indexed.
The final decision to publish in any of the options above depends on the decision made by conference editors. The final decision is based on the quality of the paper, the content topic, and linguistic issues.
