Conference: 25-30 January 2027
Full Paper Submission (Camera Ready):
1st March 2027 (To be considered for AIP & MDPI Scopus-indexed proceedings)
(some extension possible, if required)
Based on the scope and quality of submission:
All papers will be considered for the AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-indexed with an H-index of 80+)
All papers will be considered for the Engineering Proceedings (MDPI) (Scopus-indexed with an H-index of 12+)
All papers will be considered for other reputed proceedings journals, including Atlantis Press Conference Proceedings or equivalent indexed outlets, subject to confirmation of publication arrangements.
Disclaimer:
Please check the scope of the journal before submission.
MDPI Engineering Proceedings

AIP Proceedings

To ensure appropriate indexing, visibility, and disciplinary alignment, accepted papers will be assigned to publication outlets based on their primary scholarly contribution, methodological focus, and compatibility with the scope of the selected proceedings publisher.
Physical Sciences, Engineering, and Computational Research
Papers that make substantive contributions to the physical sciences, engineering, or computational scientific research will be considered for publication in AIP Conference Proceedings, subject to publisher requirements, editorial review, and final acceptance. Suitable submissions include original research involving experimental investigations, theoretical analyses, scientific modeling, numerical methods, simulation, computational physics, computational chemistry, materials science, applied mathematics, energy systems, instrumentation, scientific computing, and engineering applications. Research employing artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or digital technologies is welcome when these methods are applied to advancing scientific understanding or solving engineering and physical science problems.
Engineering Systems and Technological Innovation
Papers whose principal contribution lies in engineering innovation, technological development, intelligent systems, industrial applications, automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, cyber-physical systems, embedded technologies, or other engineering-oriented research may be considered for publication in MDPI Engineering Proceedings, provided that the work demonstrates a clear scientific or engineering contribution and satisfies the publisher's scope and editorial requirements.
Technology Applications in Education, Society, and Professional Practice
Papers focusing primarily on education, business, management, law, public policy, social sciences, healthcare management, or other professional disciplines—where technology serves principally as an application or implementation context rather than contributing new scientific or engineering knowledge—may be considered for publication SUBJECT TO ADEQUATE REVISION AND REALIGNMENT OF CONTENT. Such papers generally fall outside the core publication scope of AIP Conference Proceedings.
Computing and Information Technology Research
Papers whose primary contribution is in standalone computer science disciplines—including software engineering, cybersecurity, databases, networking, information systems, human-computer interaction, user experience, or general artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithm development without a demonstrable physical science or engineering application—may be considered for MDPI Engineering Proceedings ONLY unless they are explicitly integrated with research in the physical sciences or engineering.
The Technical Program Committee will evaluate each accepted paper for its disciplinary alignment and may recommend an alternative publication outlet where this better reflects the paper's scholarly contribution. Final publication decisions remain subject to the editorial policies and acceptance criteria of the respective proceedings publisher.
Final publication placement will be determined by the Conference Editorial Committee based on the paper's thematic alignment, scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, and compliance with the requirements of the selected proceedings venue.
All camera-ready submissions will undergo a final scope and quality assessment by the ETLTC Review Committee. If a submission is found to require substantial revisions to meet the scope, formatting, or publication standards of the intended proceedings venue, the paper may be referred to the ETLTC Comprehensive Review Committee for additional editorial guidance and mentoring.
Where extensive editorial support, restructuring, retrofitting, or publication mentoring is required, an additional review and mentoring fee of $70-$100 may be charged. Any such fees will be communicated to the authors in advance and will be determined based on the extent of the assistance required.
Papers that are otherwise accepted by the conference committee for presentation but rejected after scope assessment may be considered for the "revise and resubmit" category.
